What are my options?
OIL = Online Instructor Led. We have a 7 and 10-day format for this. The 7-day course starts every Monday and goes until Sunday. The 10-day course will start every Monday and go 10 business days from that, ending on the 2nd Friday. The courses open at 5:00 AM eastern each morning and a new assignment is released. You can log in anytime throughout the day and complete your assignments. You must have all the assignments and forum activities in by Midnight Eastern on the final day in order to receive credit for the course.
Is the instructor available?
For the Online Instructor-Led course, the instructor can be reached via email or by calling or texting. During the webinar, he is available then or you can always reach out to him via email or phone after hours as well. (all during reasonable times, of course)
Do I have to complete the course during a certain time?
Each course closes at midnight Eastern on the final day. If you fail to complete everything by that final day, you will be asked to reschedule. NMLS requires everyone to start over from the beginning if a reschedule is required.
