I just went through the steps myself so I can help haha.
1.When you go to the home page of app, right under "login" it says "forgot password". 2.Click on that, then it will ask for your email address.
3. Once enter your email it will send a new automatically-generated password directly to that email.
4.You use that to login, then go directly to your dashboard and change it to whatever you want.
