Sorry to hear about that. With the case studies we have to retain those for years and the best way we've found is survey monkey. Many people report that it can be confusing so in the 7 hour class we do one at the beginning so that everybody gets comfortable with the process before they do them for credit.

For the trainer, usually we have Scott training these but he had 8 hours already today so we had a new trainer handle NC. We certainly regret that didn't work out well. Let us know any specific info like the incorrect info and did you mention slides were missed?
We do take this seriously and will use that feedback to address these things moving forward.
