The "Catastrophic Failure" error means you need to enter your NMLS number so that BioSig can work.
You can go out of the course and under your name click "Edit Profile" and the "Account Details".
You will see the NMLS and Company fields that are required.
Just in case you run into any other issues with BioSig,I have included a link for BioSig resources.
BioSig is required to be used by all NMLS education providers but they are an independent company.
