We have been know for FHA Underwriting training since 1983. We developed an FHA Origination course based on the underwriting course. We think that they key to Originating more isn’t “sales tactic” but rather knowing FHA and the guidelines well. It can not only help someone understand transactions that might be doable with FHA (and which ones aren’t) but also how to "thing like the underwriter” and structure deals better.
