We train the topics- FHA, VA and USDA in a combo class for processors and underwriters. It's not mortgage loan processing 101.

The idea is that with a processor, the key is to get them skilled up on the loan guidelines so they better understand the docs they are gathering, what alt docs might work, and understand the underwriting process so they can better support it.

If you are looking for something that gets a new hire into mortgage processing, we are updating a course like that now. It will be ready in January.
