Sorry to hear about this. The NMLS sets the deadlines on these (not us). What's needed at this point is late CE. Those would have to be completed and your state may charge a late fee. They can be ordered from our website www.diehleducation.com and there is a 20% off coupon code = LATECE. This process needs to be completed by February 28. If not then a new license would need to be applied for. Getting the Late CE done quickly and renewing would be the quick way to get the process closed out and the license back to current.
